At HON COFFEE, our story begins with a shared dream between a passionate marriage—Alejandro Mejía and Eneida García—, our vision was clear: to build a specialty coffee cart and coffee distribution for coffee shops, that not only offer exceptional coffee but also reflects the heart and soul of our culture and values. Coffee has always been more than just a drink it represents connection, tradition, and the fulfillment of a lifelong passion.

We Both hailing from Honduras, a region rich in coffee heritage, Alejandro and Eneida grew up surrounded by the aromas and traditions of coffee farming. We witness firsthand the dedication and effort that goes into cultivating the finest beans, and it became our dream to one day bring in every coffee cup that same level of dedication to our brand. HON COFFEE is the star of that dream, a labor of love, years in the making, that now stands as a testament to our perseverance.

Hon coffee comes from the phrase "Milk and honey" which biblically are physical and metaphorical images of abundance and prosperity, Honey is one of the main coffee processes, and another fact Hon is the abbreviation of our country Honduras where we are from.
